Operating Model Makeover

Operating Model Makeover is a hands-on KiwiSaaS workshop for leadership teams to work on their own company's operating model as AI changes how work gets done. Led by organisation design specialist Ken Brophy (AlignOrg and K3) and David Clearwater (KiwiSaaS), it opens with a short recap of the ideas from June's Redesigning Organisations for the Age of AI workshop, then each team works at its own table with structured prompts and expert input to assess where its current model helps or hinders strategy and identify practical first moves.

It runs from 9am to 12pm on Wednesday 9 December 2026 in Auckland, with the venue to be confirmed. This workshop is for KiwiSaaS large members ($5m+ ARR) only and is free for them; registrations must be teams of 2–3 senior leaders from the same company (no solo registrations), such as CEOs, COOs, CPOs, Heads of People & Culture and Chiefs of Staff.
