DayBreak Festival of Innovation 2027

DayBreak Festival of Innovation is Priority One's one-day professional development festival in Tauranga, built to challenge thinking and shift perspective. It combines expert speakers, interactive workshops and networking to help attendees prepare for change in their projects, communications, policies, strategies, systems and businesses. Futurist and network scientist Victoria Mulligan gives the keynote, "The Future Is a Team Sport: How networks help us thrive in uncertain times", and panels look at Tauranga 2036: building sustainable systems and building the next generation of business and innovation. Workshops cover storytelling strategy, creating shared value, stitching the digital journey together with data (RUSH Digital), understanding customers, and attracting and retaining emerging talent.

The festival runs from 8am to 6pm on Wednesday 24 February 2027 at the University of Waikato Tauranga Campus, 101 Durham Street, Tauranga. Tickets are $185 earlybird (limited), $260 general admission, or $160 each for groups of five or more, through Humanitix; tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred, and payment plans are available. It suits business leaders, innovators, professionals and teams across the Bay of Plenty.
