With a focus on trust, equity, citizen-centricity and digital government innovation, its themes centre on modern government delivering better outcomes and the shift from digital transformation to government transformation through leadership, operating model change, AI and citizen-centred service design.

The conference takes place on 23 March 2027 at Tākina Wellington Convention and Exhibition Centre, 50 Cable Street, co-located with the second day of the National Cyber Security Summit. Registration is free for people employed in New Zealand, Pacific Island and Australian public service organisations, with each registration vetted and approved by the organisers; private-sector attendees buy tickets, and non-sponsoring vendors are not eligible to book. It is designed for government leaders, technologists, policy makers and civic innovators.
