Recruitment in the AI Era: how are we actually hiring now?

Recruitment in the AI Era is a KiwiSaaS members' online workshop on how SaaS companies are changing their hiring now that AI sits on both sides of the table. Vanessa Radich (Head of People & Culture, Appetise) and Neha Bhardwaj (Chief of Staff, Drumbeat) share the specific changes they have made to their hiring processes, then small breakout groups compare practice on screening, take-home tasks, interview design and where AI genuinely helps in the hiring workflow. The share-and-compare session is facilitated by KiwiSaaS Executive Director David Clearwater.

It runs on Zoom from 10am to 12pm on Thursday 5 November 2026, with registration through Humanitix and the Zoom link shared 48 hours beforehand. This is an exclusive event for large KiwiSaaS members only, open to companies with $5m+ ARR, and it is free for those members. Numbers are capped at 25 and the session runs under the Chatham House Rule. It is for heads of people, talent leads, founders and hiring managers at KiwiSaaS member companies.
