The Uncommons is a new social gathering from AUT Ventures, billed as “a gathering of uncommon minds on common ground”, and this is its first session. There's no agenda, no presentations and no pressure to pitch a project. It's simply a shared space to grab a drink, cross paths with different people and see what ideas you have in common.
It runs from 4pm to 6pm on Thursday 15 October at Vesbar on AUT's City Campus (WC Building, Level 2, 55 Wellesley Street East), with drinks and nibbles. Entry is free, but registration is essential. The event is open only to AUT innovators, researchers, students and staff.
