Hark! A Most Unruly Meeting Approaches

The Project Community – Christchurch, a local group for project managers and anyone working on projects, presents Much Ado About SteerCo Meetings. In this Bard-inspired production written in everyday language, ten players act out the trials and triumphs of the steering committee meeting, from the most grievous follies to the most useful wisdom. It's a light-hearted way to learn how project steering meetings should be run.

The evening runs from 17:00 to 19:00 on Thursday 19 November 2026 at Rangi Ruru Drama Theatre, Merivale Lane, Merivale, Christchurch. It opens with drinks and finger food, followed by the 55-minute presentation, questions and networking. It's free to RSVP on Meetup (RSVPs close at 16:00 on the day) and suits project and delivery professionals and anyone who sits on or reports to a steering committee.
