Product Aotearoa Conference 2026

Product Aotearoa Conference 2026 brings product managers, designers, engineers, founders and leaders from across Aotearoa and overseas together in Wellington. Day one is a full day of keynote talks from global and local product leaders, with speakers including Martin Eriksson (co-founder of Mind the Product and author of The Decision Stack), Sylvia Ding, Dan York, Parisa Shademan, Marius Wium, Nicole Retter, Jacob Duval and Adrienne Tan. Day two offers six practitioner-led workshops covering topics such as hands-on AI prototyping, metrics in the AI era, product leadership benchmarks, product craft and getting products into customers' hands.

Keynotes run on Thursday 12 November at Tākina Wellington Convention and Exhibition Centre, 50 Cable Street, and workshops run on Friday 13 November at Te Papa Tongarewa, where attendees pick a morning and an afternoon session. Day-one keynote tickets are $419 ($377 each for groups of five or more) and each workshop is $449, booked separately through EventBookings; orders are non-refundable. It's aimed at product managers and leaders, founders and startup teams, designers and engineers working in product, and people moving into product roles.
