DESCRIPTION:Future CX Summit NZ 2026 is a two-day summit from Aventedge on the future of customer experience\, with Customer Experience and Contact Centre tracks running side by side. Beyond CX strategy\, the programme looks at how organisations are using AI today\, with sessions on agentic AI implementation\, AI in telehealth\, AI automation in the contact centre and AI security. Speakers include leaders from Kiwibank\, Auckland Transport\, TSB\, One NZ\, The Warehouse Group and Southern Cross Travel Insurance.\n\nIt runs on Tuesday 20 and Wednesday 21 October 2026 at the Aotea Centre (Hunua Room)\, 50 Mayoral Drive\, Auckland\, with registration from 8am\, followed by optional post-summit workshops on 22 October. Two-day passes are $1\,899 + GST when booked before 16 October and $1\,999 + GST after\, with group discounts and a separate vendor rate for solution providers. It's aimed at CX\, customer service\, contact centre and digital leaders.
