Te Mana o Ngā Wāhine 2026 is a one-day kaupapa Māori event that celebrates and centres wāhine Māori, not just as professionals, but as people. The theme, Puāwai: Stories of Becoming, honours the quiet journey of growth before we bloom, with speakers sharing stories of leadership, resilience and new beginnings. Kai and opportunities to support Māori businesses are part of the day, which organisers describe as the event's first Queenstown edition after selling out twice in Auckland.
It takes place on Friday 30 October 2026, 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM, at Te Atamira, Building 11, Dart House, Remarkables Park Town Centre, 12 Hawthorne Drive, Frankton, Queenstown. Tickets are sold through Humanitix, with payment plans available; the organiser's site lists prices from $249.
