DESCRIPTION:If the Internet gave everyone access to infinite information\, AI has given us access to infinite skills.\nManaging these skills effectively will help you move beyond using AI as a research assistant\, and into training an AI agent like a new hire on their first day of work.\nIf you hire a capable new employee\, you don't simply at a project and say\, “Go\, good luck\, yolo.” You would explain the goal\, show them how the different pieces of the work fit together\, articulate what a successful result is\, and provide feedback as they go.\nAI agents need the same kind of management.\nIn this hands-on workshop\, we’ll explore the surprisingly human skills required to delegate work effectively to AI.
