Online
An online workshop from the Angel Association of New Zealand (AANZ) that follows a company through its lifecycle and the key considerations an investor needs to make at each investment round. The session looks at which terms become important and when, the different methodologies that can be used for determining valuation, and what to look for in future rounds, including what changes when VCs and institutional investors come on board and how to prepare for international markets and exit.
The workshop runs online from 10am and is led by Ken Erskine, an experienced angel investor who developed and runs AANZ's Angel 101 and 102 workshops across New Zealand. It's the third course in the series and suits angels wanting to deepen their understanding of later-stage rounds. Register through the AANZ event page.
