Sunrise Aotearoa 2026

Sunrise is Blackbird's startup festival, described as a love letter to founders and the beautiful things they create. It's a festival of creativity, technology, and ambition where Kiwis and Australians come together to dream up the future, with talks and plenty of opportunities to meet new people, be inspired, and learn new things.

The 2026 Aotearoa edition takes place on 29 October at the ASB Waterfront in Auckland. It's for founders, operators, investors, and anyone curious about startups. Tickets are due to go on sale in July 2026, and in the meantime you can register interest for earlybird access through Blackbird's sign-up form or be notified via the Sunrise website.
