Velocity $100k Challenge Grand Final Prizegiving 2026

The grand final prizegiving of the Velocity $100k Challenge, presented by the Velocity Student Leadership Committee and the Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE) at Waipapa Taumata Rau, University of Auckland. This annual celebration recognises the creativity and ambition of student and staff innovators, with the five winning teams announced on the night, sharing a $100,000 prize pool to take their ventures to the next level.

The evening runs from 6pm to 8.30pm on Wednesday 21 October in OGGB 4 at the Sir Owen G Glenn Building, 12 Grafton Road, Auckland. University leaders, industry partners, and members of Aotearoa's startup community are all welcome to join for an evening of inspiration and celebration, with tickets available through Eventbrite.
