Business Continuity Planning Workshop

A free three-hour online workshop giving Kiwi business owners practical tools, frameworks and templates to build a business continuity plan tailored to their own operation. Built around real-world disruption, the session covers identifying the vulnerable areas of your business and the cost of disruption, response frameworks and scenario testing, and how to keep your plan maintained and approved.

Hosted by Soda Inc. in partnership with ChristchurchNZ and MBIE's Business Resilience training programme, it's designed for small business owners, entrepreneurs, managers and leadership teams anywhere in New Zealand.
