The inaugural gathering of the Hype Cycle Club — a new community for software engineers, product builders, indie hackers, and curious tinkerers in Tauranga who want to actually build with AI and figure out what works. In a world saturated with AI hype, new tools, and big claims, this group cuts through the noise.

Expect open discussion about what's genuinely useful versus overhyped, hands-on exploration of tools and workflows, optional lightning demos, and networking. Unfinished and half-baked ideas are encouraged. The vibe is casual, interactive, and builder-focused.
